Bracken Burns, Diana L. Irey, Scott Fergus, Controller Belcastro and Judge Gladden. Also being present: Chief Clerk Michelle Miller; Linda Belcher, Secretary; Solicitor Jim McCune; Joe Zupancic, Assistant Solicitor; Bill McGowen, Director of Administration; Sheriff Maggi; Janice Ui ban, Assistant Director of Human Resources; Debbie Klein, Recorder of Deeds; Phyllis Ranko Matheny, Prothonotary; John Bevec, Commissioner Elect; Glen Alterio, Public Defender; Joe Smydo, Observer -Reporter, Chris Haines, Herald Standard; Kathy Thomas, The Valley Independent; Jim Jefferson, WJPA; and Mike Naylor, Weirton Daily Times. Chairman Burns made a motion to approve Minute No. 2-S-99 dated May 27,1999. Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Fergus, that Minute No. 2-S-99 be approved. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Fergus - Yes; Mrs. Irey - Yes; Mr. Burns - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, that the wages listed on the respective departmental salary schedule reflects the negotiated wage increase for Union hourly employees as negotiated with the Deputy Sheriffs Association Local 900. Roll call vote taken: ` Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Fergus - Yes; Mrs. Irey - Yes; Mr. Burns - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chairman Burns noted for the record it is the consensus of the Salary Board that any procedural errors in the salary schedules may be corrected administratively by Human Resources. 4237 - JUVENILE PROBATION Moved by Judge Gladden, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, to approve the following: David Scrip, Probation Office Supervisor, rate 34,505.00 to 35,500.00, eff. 1-5-99 Roll call vote taken: Judge Gladden - Yes; Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Fergus - Yes; Mrs. Irey - Yes; Mr. Burns - Yes.
