Elected Officials present were: Judge Gladden; John Yoney, Treasurer; Olga Woodward, Recorder of Deeds; Kathleen Flynn Reda, Register of Wills; Farrell Jackson, Coroner; Barbara Gibbs, Clerk of Courts; John Pettit, District Attorney; and James Fazzoni, Sheriff. Others present included: Phyllis Matheny, Deputy Prothonotary; Chief Clerk Dallatore; Lou Lignelli, Director of Administration; Mary J. Approval of Minutes Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 11-S-89 dated , November 2, 1989. Moved by Mr Paluso, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, approving Minute No. 11-5-89 dated November 2, 1989 as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Abstained; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried. 4153-153 - RECORDER OF DEEDS Moved by Mrs. Woodward, seconded by Mr. Paluso, to retain all of the following employees at the classifications and salaries as contained in the salary schedule book for the office of Recorder of Deeds, prepared by Personnel, with any changes contained therein, temporarily until the collective bargaining agreements are approved and ratified, at which time a formal reorganization will take place. Any raises granted for any salaried employees at the subsequent formal reorganization meeting will be retroactive to 1/1/90. Any raises negotiated under the collective bargaining agreements will be effective as negotiated.
