Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Marge Pennline, Personnel Director; Janice Urban, Assistant to the Personnel Director; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Jon Stevens, Observer -Reporter; Pete Skirchak, Herald Standard and Jim Jefferson, WJPA. 4133-133 - CONTROLLER Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Paluso, to CREATE two (2) per diem slots at the hourly rate of 6.067. Remarks: It was noted that these positions would be needed on a short term basis in order to assist with the audit of the Controller's Office which is being performed by KPMG Peat Marwick.
