APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute Nos. 1-5-90 (continued) dated May 31, 1990, and 4-5-90 dated July 26, 1990. Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, that Minute Nos. 1-5-90 (continued) dated May 31, 1990, and 4-S-90 dated July 26, 1990, be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.
