The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting
Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, at
approximately 10:40 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, 1990, with the following
members being present: Commissioners Mascara and Paluso and Controller
Belcastro. Absent being: Commissioner Petrosky, who was out of town. Also
being present: Judge Gilmore; Chief Clerk Dallatore; Barb Davis,
Administrative Assistant; Marge Pennline and Janice Urban, Personnel Office;
Phil Garrow, Publication and Information Coordinator; Bill Prentice, Property
and Supplies; Francis Pettit, Executive Assistant; Angie Alampi, Aging
