Also being present: John Pettit, District Attorney; Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Acting Personnel Director; Janice Urban, Personnel Office; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Bill Prentice, Property and Supplies; Colleen Gentilcore, Herald Standard; and Jon Stevens, Observer -Reporter. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 3-S-91 dated April 4, 1991. Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, that Minute No. 3-S-91 dated April 4, 1991, be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. 4194-294 - DISTRICT ATTORNEY Moved by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, approving the following: ABOLISH position of Senior Assistant District Attorney, Rate 1192.35, 31001.20 CREATE one (1) position of Entry Level Assistant District Attorney, Rate 807.69, 21000.00 Roll call vote taken: Mr. Pettit - Yes; Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. 4121-121 - VOTERS REGISTRATION Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, to CREATE two (2) additional positions of Transfer Carriers for the Primary and General Election at $30.00/day. (Total number of slots - 6) Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
