Office of the County Commissioners
Washington, Pa., April 25, 1991
The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting
Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, at
approximately 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 1991, with the following
members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso and
Controller Belcastro. Also being present: John Pettit, District Attorney;
Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Acting Personnel
Director; Janice Urban, Personnel Office; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Bill
Prentice, Property and Supplies; Colleen Gentilcore, Herald Standard; and Jon
Stevens, Observer -Reporter.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 3-S-91
dated April 4, 1991.
Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, that Minute No.
3-S-91 dated April 4, 1991, be approved as written.

Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.

Moved by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, approving the
following:
ABOLISH position of Senior Assistant District Attorney,
Rate 1192.35, 31001.20
CREATE one (1) position of Entry Level Assistant District
Attorney, Rate 807.69, 21000.00
