The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting
Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, at
approximately 10:35 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 1991, with the following members
being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso and Controller
Belcastro. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery, Assistant
County Solicitor/Acting Personnel Director; Janice Urban, Personnel Office;
Duane Kavka, Director of Human Services; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Barb
Loeper, WKEG; Colleen Gentilcore, Herald Standard; and Jon Stevens, Observer -
Reporter.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 4-5-91
dated April 25, 1991.

the labor agreement with the Prison Guards Wage and Policy Unit for years 1991
and 1992 which provides, in accordance with an arbitration award issued on
April 1, 1991, a $0.70 per hour increase, retroactive to January 1, 1991, and a
wage reopener for 1992.
