Washington, Pa., September 5, 1991
The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Public Meeting
Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, at
approximately 10:25 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, 1991, with the following
members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso and
Controller Belcastro. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery,
Assistant County Solicitor/Personnel Director; Janice Urban, Personnel Office;
Bill Prentice, Property and Supplies; and Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 7-5-91
dated July 18, 1991.
