APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute No. 8-5-91 dated September 5, 1991. Moved by Mr. Belcastro, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, that Minute No. 8-5-91 dated September 5, 1991, be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.
