Absent being: Commissioner Mascara, who was attending contract negotiations involving Cooper Industries. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Personnel Director; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Duane Kavka, Director of Human Services; Dr. Barry Parks, Administrator of the Washington County Health Center; Jon Stevens, Observer -Reporter; Scott Herrington, WJPA; and Cathy Caldwell, WKEG.
