Absent being: Commissioner Paluso. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Personnel Director; Janice Urban, Assistant Personnel Director; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Duane Kavka, Director of Human Services; Jon Stevens, Observer -Reporter; and Cathy Caldwell, WKEG. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Mascara entertained a motion to approve Minute Nos. 9-5-91 dated September 26, 1991, and 10-5-91 dated October 10, 1991. Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Mascara, that Minute Nos. 9-5-91 dated September 26, 1991, and 10-5-91 dated October 10, 1991, be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.
