The Washington County Salary Board Reorganization Meeting reconvened in the
Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington,
Pennsylvania, at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 1992, with the
following members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Ford and
Controller Belcastro. Others present included: Judge Gladden;,Chris Brady, Court
Administrator; Chief Clerk Dallatore; Mel Bassi, Solicitor; Kathy Emery, Assistant
County Solicitor/Personnel Director; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Jon Stevens,
Observer -Reporter; and Joe Smydo, Pittsburgh Press; and Kathy Thomas, The River View
Weekly.
