The overall savings of this reorganiztion is approximately $15,000.00. Mr. Petrosky commended Judge Gilmore for his foresight in acting as the lightening rod for this reorganization to take place. He also complimented Jim Fry for his untiring efforts in the implementation of the proposed changes. A brief discussion followed on the matter of the implementation of the one -hour phone-in policy for the office which Jim Fry stated is a matter of educating the public as to the other resources through which the public can access the office by means of mailing in correspondence or personally coming into the office. Discussion was also held on the matter of having some type of computerized telephone answering system for the office. Remarks: Ms. Emery explained that these positions will be set at the salary of the position from which the employee was injured and will be budgeted back to the respective department.
