Absent being: Commissioner Ford. Elected officials present included: Judge Gladden; Sheriff Fazzoni; Colleen Murphy Arnowitz, Prothonotary; Kathleen Flynn Reda, Register of Wills; Coroner Warco; Barbara Gibbs, Clerk of Courts; and Glenn Alterio, Public Defender. Others present included: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Melvin B. Bassi, Solicitor; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Director of Employee Relations; Janice Urban, Assistant Director of Employee Relations; Chris Brady, Court Administrator; Duane Kavka, Director of Human Services; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Claudia Hargrove, Deputy Treasurer; Jean L'Altrelli, Clerk -Steno II/Confidential of Coroner's Office; and Jon Stevens, Observer -Reporter. COURTS Moved by Judge Gladden, seconded by Mr. Belcastro, to retain all of the' following Court employees, as listed under each department, at the classifications and salaries as contained in the salary schedule book; and that any salaried employee hired during the year 1992 will have his/her raise applied on his/her anniversary date in 1993 on a pro -rated basis, effective on his/her anniversary date. Roll call vote taken: Judge Gladden - Yes; Mr. Belcastro - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Remarks: Judge Gladden noted that he wanted placed on the record and the minutes of this meeting the fact that in the Court's table of organization there appears now a vacancy in the job classification of Law Librarian. He stated for the record that some of the Court officials and employees will be leaving this meeting today to attend the funeral of Charles Stock who was a faithful and loyal employee of this County and whose life affected every department in the County because of his loyalty and his devotion to service.
