Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Judge Gladden; Kathy Emery, Assistant County Solicitor/Director of Employee Relations; Linda Ritzer, Observer -Reporter; Jim Jefferson, WJPA; and Kathy Thomas, Riverview Weekly.
