PALUSO, COMMISSIONERS Minute No. 64-S Office of County Commissioners Washington, Pa., October 6, 1983 The Washington County Salary Board met in session on Thursday, October 6, 1983, at approximately 10:20 a.m. in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members bein,3 present: Commissioners Mascara, Gilmore and Paluso and Controller Beharry. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Personnel Director Margaret Pennline; Lou Lignelli, CETA Director and Director of Property and Supplies; Administrative Assistant Davis; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Jon Stevens of the Observer -Reporter; Joann Sarkett of the Brownsville Telegraph; and Jim Provance of The Herald Stan- dard. (Vice -Chairman Gilmore conducted the meeting due to Chairman Mascara being hoarse.) Vice -Chairman Gilmore called the meeting to order and asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 63-S, each member having re- ceived a copy. Controller Beharry requested that the record show that it was her understanding that the per diem position of Clerk -Typist I in the Domestic Rela- tions Office was to be abolished as opposed to being left unfilled (see p.137). Discussion followed. Mr. Paluso stated that he had the same understanding that the position was to be abolished. Moved by Mr. Mascara, seconded by Mr. Gilmore, that Minute No. 63-S be approved with the proviso that the above matter be clarified. Roll call vote taken: Miss Beharry - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Gilmore - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
