COMMISSIONERS Minute No. 66-S Office of County Commissioners Washington, Pa., November 3, 1983 The Washington County Salary Board met in session on Thursday, November 3, 1983, at approximately 10:35 a.m. in the Public Meeting Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Gilmore and Paluso and Controller Beharry.
