COMMISSIONERS Minute No. 7-S-85 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., November 12, 1985 The Washington County Salary Board met in session in the Seventh Floor Conference Room of the Courthouse Square Office Building, Washington, Pennsyl- vania, at approximately 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 1985, with the following members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso and Controller Beharry. EMERGENCY FLOOD DISASTER Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, to CREATE 85 slots for the emergency flood disaster crew -at the rate of $3.35 per hour. (It was noted that these positions would be charged to the EMS cost center and that the program would be administered by the JTPA office.) Meny and F. Filipponi). After bidding process, two (2) Probation Officer I positions will be abolished when bids are awarded. Any other employee who is authorized to work will be compensated at the proper rate according to the Garcia decision.
