Absent being: Commissioner Pa,luso, who was ill. Also being present: Judge Bell; Mary J. Drewitz, Court Administrator; Chief Clerk Dallatore; Marge Pennline and Janice Urban, Personnel Office; Ed DuJordan, Barb Davis and Judi Lomago, Commissioners Office; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Natalie Eddy, Herald -Standard; and Jon Steveis, Observer -Reporter. Approval of Minutes Chairman Mascara asked if there were any corrections, additions or omis- sions to Minute No. 8-S-85 dated December 30, 1985, each member having received a copy. Moved by Miss Beharry, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, that Minute No. 8-S-85 be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Miss Beharry - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chairman Mascara asked if there were any corrections, additions or omis- sions to Minute No. 1-S-86 dated January 6, 1986, each member having received a copy. Miss Beharry noted that on page 422, the annual equivalent of Martha Logan Clerk II, should read $11,657.62 and not $11,657.34. Moved by Miss Beharry, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, that Minute No. 1-S-86 dated January 6, 1986, be approved subject to the foregoing correction. Roll call vote taken: Miss Beharry - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chairman Mascara noted that approval of Minute No. 2-S-86 dated February 27, 1986, would be held in abeyance. 4186-228 - MAGISTRATE QUAIL Judge Bell noted that due to the serious and possible long-term illness of Albina Belsenti, District Justice Secretary, he was requesting the creation of an additional per diem position for Magisterial District #27-3-04.
