Absent being: Commissioner Petrosky who has been ill. Also being present: Judge John Bell; Mary J. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Mascara noted that approval of Minute No. 4-S-86 dated April 10, 1986, and Minute No. 9-S-86 dated August 14, 1986, would be held in abeyance. He asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 10-S-86 dated September 4, 1986, each member having received a copy. Moved by Miss Beharry, seconded by Mr. Paluso, that Minute No. 10-S-86 be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Miss Beharry - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.
