JJII-Ijl� hief Clerk / / NO. 202 Lane and Mazza. the meeting Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., April 262 1954 Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount of $5.91 which was paid on September 3, 1953, be made payable to Hencil Kerns, on property situate in Jefferson Township, described as frame house - lot, adj. Hanover Township Line. This refund being made, due to the fact that, on September 8, 1953, the same amount of $5.91 was paid by Michael and Mary Swartz on the 1952 County Tax. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is hereby authorized to prepare said voucher in the amount of $5.91 for the refund of this duplicate payment. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount i of $11.55 be made payable to Veterans Administration, Regional Office, Fulton Building, 107 I F Sixth Street, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania, on property situate in Burgettstown Borough, described as 2 story house, lot, 5 Erie Street. This refund being made, due to the fact that, on March 31, 1954 the correct payment of $11.55 was made by Ralph and Mary Beard and on December 29, 1953 through an error in the Office of the County Treasurer a delinquent statement was sent to Geo. D. & Amelia D. Beard, c/o Veterans Administration, in the amount of 11.55, which was paid by the Veterans Administration, thus creating a duplicate payment. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is hereby authorized to prepare said voucher in the amount of $11.55 for the refund of this duplicate payment on the 1953 County Tax. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, adjourned.
