Controller until eleven o'clock a.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time, Friday, July 23, 1954, and
opened immediately thereafter in the office of the County Commissioners, a certified check in the
amount of two hundred ($200.00) dollars must accompany each proposal and the right is reserved
to reject any or all bids.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Controller be author-
ized to advertise for bids for furnishing and delivery of a Special Police Cars with Large Heater

Defroster and Undercoated; color black. Car to be used in the Sheriff's Office, trade in allow-
ance to be figured on a 1948 Dodge 2 Door Sedan No. 31162353 said car may be inspected at the
County Garage. Bids to be received until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time, Monday, July
26, 1954, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners a certified
check in the amount of $200.00 must accompany proposal of each bidder and the right is reserved
to reject arq or all bids.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
adjourned.
