THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: . 1954 A NO. 221 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., August 27, 1954 Board of County Commissioners and the Deputy Controller met in special session for the purpose of opening bids for furnishing and delivering of coal to the Court House and the County Jail; bids were also opened at this time for the delivery of the A. B. Dick Mimeograph Machine, in accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, Those present at the meeting being Messrs. Pettit, Mazza and Deputy Controller Marino. In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened and read: August 27, 1954 TO: Commissioners of Washington County Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting pro- posals for furnishing and delivering coal to heat the Court House, and County Jail, at Washing- ton, Pennsylvania, and having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same I (or We) submit the following bids: $ 6.20 per ton including delivery $ 5.50 per ton without delivery Frank Wargo Coal Co.
