prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $22.95 payable to Cesare Falconi % William Knish
and George M. Ermacoff, R. D. 3, Washington, Pa.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Polling Place be
changed as follows; due to the fact that the School House is not available.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $3.99 be made payable to Agnes M. Caldwell, 101 Thompson Aveee, Donora, .Pennsylvania,,
due to a re -assessment. This refund being made, due to the fact, that on June 21, 1954, the
amount of $3.99 was paid on Lot 219 Blk SD, Modisette Ave., Jenisee Ld. Co., and on July 9, 19
the amount of $23.94 was paid on the new assessment of 1 story brick veneer house, garage, Lot
219 Blk SD, Modisette, creating a duplicate payment on above described property, this property
is situate in Donora Borough. Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is hereby authorized to prepare
said refund voucher for this duplicate payment in the amount of $3.99.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that a refund voucher in the amount
of $3.99 be made payable to Guy & Josephine Miller, 615 Maryland Avenue, Washington, Pa., on
property situate in Peters Township, described as Lot 69, McGrann Hills Plan 3. This refund
being made, due to the fact, that by Tax Adjustment No. 581, Lot No. 69 was transferred from
James McGrann Estate to Guy & Josephine Miller, the tax was listed incorrectly at $6.30 face
instead of $2.10 face. On August 2, 1954, the amount of $5.99 was paid causing an over -payment
of $3.99• Therefore, The Tax Claim Bureau is authorized to prepare said refund voucher for this
over -payment in the amount of $3.99.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the following Polling Place be
changed as follows; due to the fact that the Room in the High School Building is not available.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the County Treasurer be and is

authorized to cancel a Treasurer's Tax Sale of April 29, 1940, for the 1931, 1932, 1933, 1934
County Taxes plus sale costs for the property assessed to Mrs. Emma Glenn. The only portion of
the said tax sale to be cancelled is as follows: Lot 348 Corner Wellington and Summerlea Avenue,
situate in Washington 7th Ward. Inasmuch, as the assessment of this lot to Mrs. Emma Glenn was

incorrect. Henry B. Horn Estate is the proper owner of said lot for said years and taxes paid j

on same by the Horn Estate.
The Tax Claim Bureau, The Assessment Office and The Office of The Prothonotary
are hereby authorized to correct their records accordingly.

Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Lane, that deeds be executed for the follow-
ing described properties to the following described persons for the sum or price set opposite

the same under and by virtue of the action of this Board taken April 12, 1954, as recorded in

Minute No. 198; the said deeds to be delivered to the purchasers named therein upon payment of
the consideration recorded therein, together with the costs of the proceedings and that Francis
