Board of County Commissioners in special session for the purpose of opening bids
for the furnishing of Public Liability Insurance and Property Damage Insurance, for the Court
House and adjacent County Property. Those present at the meeting being Commissioners Pettit,
Lane, Mazza and Controller Elish,
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were
opened and read.

Gentlemen:
We respectfully submit the following quotation for Public Liability Insurance and
Property Damage Insurance (Limits of Liability 020,000. each person; 0100,000. each accident)
(Limits of Property Damage $1,000. for each accident) as per schedule "A" attached hereto, for
terms of one (1) year or three (3) years effective at noon, January 29, 1955.
For term of one (1) year:
Premium for Public Liability Insurance is
1. - $2,601,19
Premium for Property Damage Insurance is
2. - $ 762.58
Total $3063.77
For term of three (3) years:
Premium for Public Liability Insurance is
3. - $7,023.21
Premium for Property Damage Insurance is

The Washington County Commissioners are given the option of accepting the above
referred to insurance for the term of one (1) year or three (3) years.
Certified check in the amoi-nt of $100.00, made payable to Washington County Com-
missioners, is enclosed.
