assessed at $200'. making a total assessment in the amount of'$900,, receipts for which are on file.
This assessment in Mr, Flynn's name has been a duplication on the records since
1935. The property at that time was conveyed to Mary Gasporavic in whose name it appeared until
1947 when it was conveyed to her son., who, in the same year conveyed this same property to John
W. B. Finley. However., the original conveyance from Mr. Flynn to Mary Gasporavic was duly pro-
cessed but the assessment in Mr. Flymls name was not removed from the records. The assessments
for the years 1953 and 1954 have been removed from all records. Therefore, the Board for the
Assessment and Revision of Taxes is authorized to prepare said voucher in the amount of $24.81.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane., seconded by Mr. Mazza,, that Resolutions No. 362 dated Decem-
ber 22.. 1954 adopted by Washington County and the Washington County Institution District be
rescinded. Resolutions No. 362 covers property situate in the Borough of New Eagle,, Washington
County,, Pennsylvania formerly owned by Harry Castor and described as Lot 1358., sycamore street.,
�'ew Eagle Plan No. 3. The request to rescind this Resoulution was made by Mr. Steve A. Shook,,
Director of the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau., being that a higher bid has been received
by his department.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in special session for the purpose of opening bids
for the furnishing of Fleet Insurance in a reliable and approved stock company for public liabil-
ity., property damage, comprehensive A.C.V., fire., theft and collision coverage on trucks, auto-
mobiles and road -building machinery owned and operated by Washington County. Those present at
the meeting being Messrs. Mazza and Elish.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Elish, that the following bids were received
for Fleet Insurance and due to the fact that a quorum was not present bids were tabled until such
a time as a quorum is present,

Motion carried.
