Board of County Commissioners and the County Controller met in special session
for the purpose of opening bids for the furnishing and delivering of fifty (50) gross U. IS.
Flags. Those present at the meeting were Commissioner Mazza and Deputy Controller Marino.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were
opened and read:
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Marino, that all bids be initialed and
tabled until a quorum is present.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time,, the meetini
adjourned.

for the purpose of opening bids for the furnishing and delivering of fifty (50)gross U. S. Flags,
the bids were initialed at ll:OO a.m., March 11, 1955 because of the lack of a quorum. Those
present at the meeting being Commissioners Lane, Mazza and Controller Elish.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were
opened and read:

and delivering fifty (50) gross U. S. Flags, I (or We) propose to furnish and deliver as follows:

must be 6411 x 6011, hemmed on four (4) sides, flags to be mounted on 30" x 3/8" white wood staff,
