Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Benny DeFillippo, be appointed as an employee in the Field Crew of the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to March 23, 1955. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Emily Pogoda, be appointed as a Clerk in the Registration Office; this action being retroactive to March 16, 1955. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolutions in re- gard to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. NAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AMOUNT SOLD FOR 365 Robert Keres Being property described as Lots 40 - 41 in the Binnstown Plan of Lots, situate in the Borough of Centerville, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Steve 7.4vory Sr. $112.00 366 John Pesta Being Lot #13, in the Binnstown Plan of Lots, situate in the Borough of Centerville, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Julius Stanleyvitch. $ 60.00 367 George and Charlotte Being property described as 1 Giles acre surface, adjoining Carl McBride Estate, situate in Smith Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Frank Briggs. $ 75.00 368 C.
