Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit$ that FORT PITT BRIDGE WORKS, Meadow Lane, Canonsburg, Penn., be awarded the contract for the furnishing and delivering of Plain Structural Steel Items to Millers Ran Bridge No. 2-4, in Cecil Township, in accordance with the specifications, for the total price of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY -]SINE DOLIA RCS and FORTY SEVEN CENTS ($599.47); this being the lowest and only responsible bid received. Motion carried, with Mrs. Falcon being excused from the meeting, Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Resolution No. 369, dated March 24, 1955s be recinded as the bidder has withdrawn his bid on property described as Lot No. 33, Block 2 in the Pleasant View Plan of Lots, situate in South Strabane Townships formerly owned by Hilda Gray, as per letter received from the Tax Claim Bureau. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. %zza, that Walter Gregory, be appointed as Assistant Solicitor for the Office of the Tax Claim Bureau; this action being retroactive to May 16$ 1955. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting 1 n adjourned.
