LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS for the year 1956, Section 10. It is hereby declared that the debt to be incurred hereby, togethers with the existing net debt of the County is not in excess of any constitutional or statutory limitation and the County Commissioners.. or a majority of them, and the County Controller are hereby directed and authorized to prepare, verify and file with the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Washington County, the statement required by the Act of Assembly, approved June 25th, 1941., P. L. 159, as amended, to do and perform all other acts proper in connection therewith. Section 11.. All resolutions or parts of resolution not in accord with this resolu- tion are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict herewith. PASSED this 17th day of June, 1955. ATTEST: /s/ Francis E. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr.,Mazza, that the Registration Office in the Court House, remain open on Friday evening June 24, 1955, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in order to accommodate persons wishing to register for the coming General Election. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
