LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 35 Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Bernard Neil, be appointed as a temporary employee in the Field Crew of the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to June 13, 1955. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolutions in regard to the sale of properties for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO, NAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AMOUNT SOLD FOR 374 Jesse D. Littleton Being property described as Lot No. 9, Block 58, McKean Avenue, situate in the Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Edmond Mrooka. 50.00 375 John F. Roney Being property described as Frame House, 4 Lot #3, 4 Lot #!�, in the Vesta Heights Plan of Lots, situate in East Bethlehem Township, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Elizabeth Dobbins.$700.00 376 John Roney, Guardian Being property described as shanty, & Attorney for Anna J Lot #38 in the Bingler Plan of Krishek alias Anna Lots, situate in East Bethlehem Kryszak Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Katherine Krischek a/k/a Anna Krischek. $438.19 377 Mike Pleval Being Lots #4 and 5 in the Lock View Terrace Plan of Lots, situ- ate in Fallowfield Township, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvwx1a, formerly owned by Allen Cope. $ 50.00 Motion carried unanimously.
