J28 in the Dunbar Plan of Lots, situate in Smith Township, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Fail- Bistasky. $25.00 Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time., the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: Octo r , 19 41 ATTES "���� Chief Clerk NO. 29b Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., September 6, 1955 Board of County Commissioners in special session those present being Commissioners Pettit and Lane. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Registration Office in the Court House, Washington, Pa., remain open on Wednesday and Thursday, September loth and September 15th, 1955 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and in the evening from 7:00 p.m., to 10:00 p.m., in order to accommodate persons wishing to register for the coming General Election; the last day to register will be Saturday, September 17, 1955 at 12:00 noon. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of $27.26 be made payable to J. C. & Mabel L. Kelly, said refund to cover 400 shares of General Cable, which was paid on July 19, 1955, Mr. and Mrs. Kelly paid on 500 shares of General Cable when the7 only owned 100 shares of said stock. The total valuation.paid on was $12,250. The correct valuation should have been $5,100. The difference being $7,150 at 4 mills --- $28.70 less 5% discount, making the total to be refunded $27.26. Therefore, the Personal Property Department of the Tax Assessment Office is authorized to prepare said voucher in the amount of $27.26 for this payment. Motion carried. There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting v adjourned.
