In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened and read: September 9: 1955 TO: Commissioners of Washington County Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting proposals for furnishing and delivering coal to heat the Courthouse and County Jail at Washington, Pennsy— lvania, and having examined the attached specifications and understanding the same, I (or We) submit the following bids: $ 5.94 per ton including delivery $ 4,94 per ton without delivery Harmon Creek Coal Corporation ( Name of Bidder) 1610 First National Bank Bldg. Pittsburgh 22,, Pa. (Address) James R.
