Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AIM APPROVED: Octobe 14 19 AT .&I, -�W�j / Chief Clerk / / Um Office bf'the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., September 26, 1955 Board of County Commissioners in regu3Ar session, those present being Commissioners Pettit and Mazzat Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the folloving polling place be changed as follows, due to the fact that the room at 11. N. Franklin Street is not available. Washington - -Second Ward - 2nd Precinct From: 11 North Franklin Street TO: Council Room of City Bldg., Forth Raple Avenue Rental: Janitor $7,50 (Decrease of $26,00) Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of $15.20 be made payable to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, on property assessed in the name of Carl H. & Ruby J. Wilson, situate in Amwell Township and described as 69 acres surface adjoining Ida B. Keener and Lazella Blaker. The reason for this refund is a duplicate payment was created when on August 1, 1955, the amount of $14.44 was paid by First Federal Savings and Loan Association and again on August 26, 1955, the amount of $15.20 was paid on the same property by First Federal Savings and Loan Association, for the 1955 County Tax. .Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau, is authorized to prepare said voucher for this refund of $15.20 for this duplicate payment to First Federal Savings & Loan Association, of Greene County. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that a refund voucher in the amount of $7.22 be made payable to Guy E. & Mary E. Tennant, 350 Baird Avenue, Washington, Pa., on property assessed as 2 story shingle house and part Lot 16, 350 Baird - 796 Ewing St. The reason
