LANE, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 1 1 for this refund being that a duplicate payment was created when on august 25, 1955, Attorney Lloyd 0. Hart paid $7.60 for the 1955 County Tax on the above property; Guy E. & Mary E. Tennant on July 28, 1955 had paid $7.22 on this property for the same tax year. Therefore, the Tax Claim Bureau, is hereby authorised to prepare said voucher for this refund in the amount of $7.22 made payable to Guy E* and. Mary E. Tennant, 350 Baird Avenue, Washington, Pa,, -for this duplicate payment,, Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned, Octobe -14 1955 ATT Chief Clerk WO. 302 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., September 29, 1955 Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being Commissioners Pettit and Lane. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John Packrall, be appointed as a Field .Assessor of the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to September 16, 1955, Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John Early be appointed as a clerc in the Record Room of the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to September 16, 1155, Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Howard Weaver be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to September 16, 1955. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Richard Yancosek, be appointed as a tempo-ary employee of the Field Crew in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to September 16, 1955, Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Reese Dugan be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being effective October 1, 1955. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Russell Horton be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew of the Tax Assessment Office; this action being effective October 25., 1955. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Ernest Rice, be appointed as a temporary employee of the Field Crew in the Tax Assessment Office; this action being retroactive to September 26, 1955, Motion carried.
