Hoard of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit,
Lane and Lowstuter.
County Controller Harvey Stuart called into the meeting for the purpose of opening
bids as per advertisements of the Construction of the Huffman Bridge, Pigeon Creek No. 212
Somerset Township, Washington County, Pa., and the Farrar Bridge, Raccoon Creek, No. 29,
Smith Township, Washington County, Pa.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisements, the following bids were
submitted on the Huffman Bridge and opened in the presence of the County Commissioners:

Lowstuter, that the bids be tabulated and
awarding of the contract deferred until a later date.
Motion carried.
Controller Stuart excused from the meeting.
Minute Nos. 287 and 289 read and approved.
Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lane, to defer action on Minute #288 until
members of the Board study the minute.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
was adjourned.
