Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit,
Lane and Lowstuter.
Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that Olga Fernandes be appointed
Secretary to the Purchasing Agent for the year 1948, covering the period from the first Monday
in January, 1948, to the first Monday in January, 1949, with proviso that she may be,dismissed
upon thirty days' notice.
Notion carried.
Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that Nary A. Rose, be appointed as
Clerk to the Jury Commissioners' for the year 1948, covering the period from the first Monday
in January, 194$, to the first Monday in January, 1949, with proviso that she may be dismissed
upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that Betty Jane Hugus be appointed
Stenographer in the County Engineer's Office for the year 1948, covering the period from the
first Monday in January, 194$, to the first Monday in January, 1949, with proviso that she
may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Notion carried.
Notion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that Charles Maze be appointed
Assistant Boiler Engineer in the Boiler Room for the year 1948, covering the period from the
first Monday in January, 19481, to the first Monday in January, 1949, with proviso that he may
be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
