Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the County Controller be author-
ized to advertise for bids for Fleet Insurance for public liability, property damage., fire.,
theft and collision coverage on truck and automobile equipment and road-building machinery
owned and operated by Washington County; such bids to be received by the County Controller
in his Office in the Court House, Washington., Pa., until 11:00 a. m., EST, Friday, February 6.
1948, and opened immediatelty thereafter in the Office of the County Commissioners; lists of
present equipment and proposal blanks to be furnished upon application at the Office of the
Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners, Court House, Washington, Pa.; certified check in the
amount of $100.00 to accompany each bid; and the right reserved to reject any or all bids.
Notion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane., seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the Field Registration Lists
before the 1948 Primary Election as presented by the Chief Registrar, Steve Shook, be accepted
as read:
