Notion by Nr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid of W. C. Black Agency,
Canonsburg, Pa., in the sum of $1303.74, for General Liability and Fleet Insurance, be
it being the lowest and best bid received,
Lotion carried, with Controller Stuart present when this action was taken and
instructed to return the certified check of the unsuccessful. bidder.
Controller Stuart excused from the meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Lane
and Lowstuter; Mr. Pettit having notice of the meeting but being absent.
County Controller Stuart called into the meeting for the purpose of opening bids as
per the advertisement of the County Controller for Two (2) Station Wagons of the latest models
of a Ford, Chevrolet, Plymouths, Dodge, deep, or any other similar makes.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were opened
and read in the presence of the County Commissioneras
A. J. Parsons, $3,516.82 for Two Station Wagons less
45 N. Franklin St., Federal Tax with Heater,
Washington, Pa. Defroster, Sxtra Wheel and
Spare Tire. (Willys deep)
Mediate Delivery.
Certified check in the sum of $250.00 is herewith enclosed.
Scott Motor Co., $3,854.70 for Two Station Wagons less
42 E. Naid*n St., Federal Tax with Heater,
Washington, Pa. Defroster, Extra Wheel and
Spare Tire. (Chevrolet)
Approximate Delivery Date
1 in the month of March
1 in the month of April
Certified check in the sum of $250.00 is herewith enclosed.
Notion by Mr. Lowstuter, seconded by Mr. Lane, that the bids be tabulated and
of the bid be deferred until a later date.
Notion carried.
Controller Stuart excused from the meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned.
