Board of County Commissioners in Special session, those present being Messrs. Pettit,
and Lane; Mr. Lowstuter having notice of the meeting but being absent.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Morgan Hoge be transferred from the
Real Estate Office as County Property Manager to Building Superintendent; this appointmt.
effective March 1, 1945, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in January,
1949, with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that John Packrall, Jr., be transferred
from Rent Collector to County Property Manager in the Real Estate Office; this appointment
being effective March 1, 194S, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in
January, 1949s with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Harry Barnickel be appointed Rent
Collector in the Real Estate Department, for the year 1948, effective March 1, 1945, and cover-
ing the period from that date to the first Monday in January, 1949, with proviso that he any
be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Rosella Tumicki be appointed Clerk
in Real Estate Department for the year 1948, effective March S, 19A.8, and covering the period

from that date to the first Monday in January, 1949, with the proviso that she may be dismissed
upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Catherine Earley be appointed Court
House Substitute Cleaner for the year 1945, effective March S, 1948, and covering the period
from that date to the first Monday in January, 1949, with the proviso that she may be dismissed
upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr.�Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Harry Gordon be appointed Court
House Carpenter for the year 1948, effective March 1, 1948, and covering the period from that
date to the first Monday in January, 1949, with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon
days' notice.
