LCWSTUTER, COMMISSIONERS MONONGAR-A PCH TSHZNG CO. to object to the action by the Board of Viewers of determining that this is a County Bridge to be maintained in the future by the County and that under the Order of Court already made, the County is willing that the reconstruction be,started immediately and that the Supervisors institute the proceedings to have the Bridge declared a County Bridge. The attitude of the Board is guided by the Fact that the Order of Court of October 26, 1947, authorised the recon- struction of the bridge by the County sad that the Supervisors of Somerset Township have no other Bridge in the Township of the like ways and nature and are not equipped to maintain such . Bridge.and would be to the advantage of the Township and the Taxpayers of Washington County that the County take the Bridge over and maintain it. It was agreed as supplemental to the above statement by the.Bridge Engineer and the Bridge Supervisors that on the reconstruction of this Bridge, the Supervisors will furnish a roller and sufficient red dog to complete fill adjacent to the Bridge. There being no further business to come before, the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
