LOWSTWTER, COMMISSIONERS resulting from the changing of the above highway as contemplated by these plans, or any damages arising from any changes er alterations of drainage resulting from the construction and maintenance of this highway; nor any damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement, BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Commissioners of lkshington County, that the plans submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the changing of a channel of Chartiers Creek along Legislative Ratite 108, at Station /*63 plus 86.2 in North Strabane Township, have boon examined and the County Cooni.ssioners agree that Washington County will net assume liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above creek channel as contemplated by these plans and cress sections, or any damages arising out of any changes or alterations of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of this crook channel, or any damages remnal.ting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this imprwoment; but that Washington County win contribute the sum of Twenty-five hundred 142500.00) Dollars toward the payment of these property damages. e*� BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Commissioners of Washington County, that the plans submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for the changing of width, lines or location of State Highway Route 115, Section S-2, from Station 1066 plus 81,12 to Station 1185 plus 90, in Hanover Township, have been examined and the County Comi.ssioners agree that Washington County will not assume any property damages resulting from the changing of the above highway as contemplated by these plans, or any damages arising from any changes or alterations of drainage resulting from the construction and maintenance of this highway;inor any damages resulting to any property or holdings of any Public Utility C ; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement. eNtNNNNNN*e Notion carried. Those present being County Controller Stuartp Chief Clerk John Bevec and Secretary Genevieve Turpin. Donald F. Taylerson also present as a representative of Hoppers Co., Inc., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. C
