Capacity for 6000 records, 10 x 5 double leaf 4 page ledger forms. 2. 56, #0610W Postindex Yodel 5 flat books, alumiawm with bronze channels, equipped with 108 detachable trunnion wires, for holding one or more 10 x 5 double leaf /+ page ledger forms, 1/4" visibility. 3. 4, #71016 Pestindex Model 7 all steel cabinets, each cabinet to hold 16 books, and be equipped with disappearing doors with looks, on both front and back of cabinet. 4. 2, #WO Postindex steel tables equipped with linoleum tops, 60" long x /+0" wide x 28" high, to hold the above cabinets. Pettit, Lane and Lowstuter. Controller Stuart present at the mooting, also. Motion by Mr. Lane, seeded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the contract for furnishing and delivering approximately 13,000 board feet of Pressure Treated Humber for the repairing and Maintenance of various bridges be awarded to Columbus Wood Preserving Company, 50 'lest Bread Street, Columbus 1% 0hio, for the total amount of $16/+7.72; this being the lewest and best bid received. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstutor, that the County Commissioners award the contract for furnishing and delivering the Postindex all metal flat book system to Geisheimer & Associates, 701-703 Plaza Building, Pittsburgh 19, Pa., for the total amount of $3,221.56 less 2% 10 days delivered; this being the only bid received.
