Beard of County Commissioners not in special session at 200 P. M., DST., Friday,
July 9, 1948, for the purpose of appointing a Bridge Inspector to work under the jurisdiction
of the Engineering and Bridge Department. Those present being Messrs. Pettit and Lane. Mr.
Lowstuter being absent from the meeting.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Join McCarron be appointed as
Bridge Inspector for the Engineering and Bridge Department, for the year 19/+S, retroactive to
July 1, 194S, and covering the period from that date to the first Monday in Jaw=7, 1949,
with the proviso that he may be dismissed upon thirty days' notice.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to cone before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Registration Office be opened
Thursday Evening, July 159 1948, from 7s00 P. M. to IO:OO P. M., DST.
Motion carried.
There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
