Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Messrs. Pettit,
Lane and Lowstuter.
Motion duly made and seconded that the following polling places be designated as
follows; petitions for said changes having been duly presented to the Board prior to ten days
before Election and notice of contemplated changes posted as requested by law:
West Bethlehem Township
From: Steve Ulery Building
Tot Jessie Muehant Building
Rentals $15.00 (No change)
Canonsburg 3d Ward, 2nd Precinct
From: Residence of Pearl Foster (230 Elm Street)
Tot Residence of Josbph J. Beck (300 Elm Street)
Rental: $20.00 (Was $25.00)
Motion carried.
Correspondence from the Westmoreland County Commissioners is read relative to a
Board Action taken by them concerning the Donora-Webster Bridge. The Minute adopted by the
Board is as follows:
The Board of County Commissioners met in special
executive session with all members present, when the following
business was transacted:
It was regularly moved and seconded and unanimously
carried that CARL J. JACOBSEN, Construction Engineer, be
authorized to prepare advertisement and specifications for
the purchase of necessary steel for DONORAi-WEBSTER BRIDGE
repairs.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

Motion duly made and seconded that the following Resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the County Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania,
that action having been taken by the County Commissioners of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania,
authorizing Carl J. Jacobsen, Consulting Engineer, to prepare advertisement for bids for the
furnishing of the necessary structural steel and open steel decking to rehabilitate the jointly
owned Donora-Webster Bridge over the Monongahela River; the Washington County Commissioners do
herely concur in the action above taken by Westmoreland County, and agree that Washington
County shall be a party to the joint advertisement for bids for purchase of the required steel.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the County Contfoller be author-
ized to advertise for the following Bridge Constructions: EVANS BRIDGE, Ten Mile Creek No.
401 Amwell Township and MaCULLOUGH BRIDGE, Rings Creek #4, Hanover Township. Plans, specifica-
tions and proposal blanks to be obtained in the Office of the County Bridge Department.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
