Board of County, Commissioners met in special session for the purpose of opening
bids received on one (1) 1948 two -door Standard Dodge Sedan with heater and defroster; those
at the meeting were Commissioners Pettit and Lowstuter and County Controller Stuart.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bid was received:

In accordance with the advertisement of the County Control3er for furnishing and t
delivering One (1) 1948 Two -door Standard Dodge Sedan with heater and defroster, I (or Wd)
propose to furnish and deliver said item immediately for the sum of:
Bid for Car $1884.02 ,
Less Federal Tax 79.75
Total Bid for Car $1804.27
A certified check in the sum of $250.00 is herewith enclosed.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Motion duly made and seconded that the awarding of the contract on the 1948 Standard
