Motion duly made and seconded, that the contract entered into by the County of Washington and the Monongahela Publishing Company for the repairing of dockets dated the 6th day of August, 1948, at the rate of $82.25 per volume, be amended to include the following dockets in the Prothonotary's Office: Repairing 14 Ejectment and Miscellaneous Index Given Names A F B G B H C H C I-J D K E L Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: February 2,,% 1949. Motion by Judge Carson, seconded by Mr. Lane, that Ann Rusbasan, be required to post a $5,000.00 Fidelity Bond with the County to insure the County for proper perforce of her work. Motion carried.
