After discussing the bids, motion by Mr: Lowstuter, seconded by Mr. Pettit,
that the bids be tabulated and the awarding of the contract be made at a later date.
Motion carried.
Deputy Controller Dentel excused from the meeting.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in special session, those present being Messrs.
Pettit and Lane.
County Controller Stuart called into the meeting for the purpose of awarding
contract for General Liability and Fleet Insurance in accordance with advertisement of the
,Controller.
Motion by Mr. Lane, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid of MacDonald Weaver,
Washington, Pa., in the sum of $1808.33, for General Liability and Fleet Insurance, be accepted,
it being the lowest and best bid received.
Motion carried, with Controller Stuart present when this action was taken and
instructed to return the certified checks of the unsuccessful bidders.
Motion carried, with Controller Stuart being excused from the meeting.
