LOWSTUTER, L'OMMISsIONERS BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the County records be marked to reflect the corrections indicated in this Resolution, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That each respective district make a refund to Toey Abraham for the amount received by them from the distribution of the moneys received. Notion duly made and seconded that the Resolutions pertaining to private sale of property for unpaid County.. School and Road taxes be adopted. (see Resolutions Nos. 12, 13, 14 15 and 16 of the Tax Claim Bureau Minutes. Notion carried. There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the meet- ing adjourned. June 24, 1949 Joint meeting of the County Commissioners and the Deputy County Controller called for the purpose of opening bids in accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller for the printing and delivering of the necessary ballots for the conduct of the Primary Election on Tuesday, September 13, 19499 and also for furnishing and delivering the necessary election supplies for use at the said Primary. Present for the County Commissioners were Francis E. Pettit and Henry J. Lowstuter. Motion by Mr. Lowstuter, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the contract for the print- ing, furnishing and delivering the necessary ballots for the conduct of the Primary Election to be held Tuesday, September 13, 1949, be awarded to the lllcnongahelast Publishing Company and Ward Printing Company on their joint bid. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Lowstuter, that the contract for furnish- ing and delivering the necessary election supplies for the conduct of the Primary Election to be held Tuesday, September 13, 191+9, be awarded to William G. Johnston Company.. Boa 6759, N. S., Pittsburgh, Pa., for the sum of $2487.29. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Lowstuter, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid of T. M. Bedillion, R. D. #/+.. Washington, Pa., in the amount of $375.00 for delivering Election Supplies to all Judges of Election for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, September 13, 1949, be accepted, Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meet- ing adjourned.
