For the furnishing and delivery of the Treated Lumber as listed below, to be
used on various County Bridges, for the County Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania.
GENTLEMEN:
I/We hereby propose to deliver the Treated Lumber listed below to the railroad
siding at Washington, Penna... *eight paid, and guarantee that this material shall be furnished
in accordance with the Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for similar
materials, all of which V1Ie have carefully read.
I/Ne enclose a certified check for Two Hundred ($200.00) dollars as a guarantee
that we will execute the contract if it should be awarded to me/us. Elie will do this work at
the following prices, said prices to be in full for all labor, material, realties, etc., and
for doing the work complete as stipulated above. Right is reserved, at our discretion, to omit
S. P. A. inspection certificate and ship material subject to destination inspection and accept-
ance of the Washington County Engineer.

postponed till a later date.
